The process starts with the customized Waste Check Up. We analyze on site, the storage situation, the processes in place, the physical and documentary flows. The result is a report where we highlight critical issues and possible improvement areas.

Based on the Waste Check Up and the targets agreed with the Customer, we identify the most suitable solutions for the collection, transport, recovery and disposal of industrial waste.

We organize the management of industrial waste, we monitor the efficiency of the processes, we optimize the transport and disposal requirements according to the type and quantity of waste.Important. We do not own dumpsites or transport companies, but we use a selected and monitored network of 900 suppliers. Every Customer has a dedicated Area Manager, available 24 hours a day.

The logic is that of continuous improvement. After the action, we evaluate the results achieved and propose possible areas for improvement.
